You Matter Because You're Human
A Short Reminder
The most profound lesson I’ve learned these past few years is something I already knew, but didn’t truly believe.
I matter.
I am enough. Just as I am.
Even with good parents, a lot of us still learned to measure ourselves by output, status, and approval.
A lot of us were taught that our worth had to be earned.
How many of you have gone to a friend’s house and immediately noticed something you wished you had?
Maybe they have a beautiful kitchen, a bigger house, or the kind of family life you’ve always wanted.
Those moments can make us feel small. Jealous. Insecure. We start asking questions like, “Why do they get that life and I don’t?”
Here’s the truth:
Those things do not determine your value.
I want you to really take this in: you do not have to prove anything to matter.
Your value as a human being is inherent simply because you are a human being.
That’s the message today.
You do not need to earn your worth. You already have it.
Go spend your time building a life that aligns with your values, not chasing proof that you matter.
Have a great Sunday!
